一、前言

本文定位:记录一下基础的打底性质的 MOD,主要以功能性 MOD 为主,资产类的按照个人喜欢因人而异了,我会在列表中放入各个订阅的介绍、地址、展示等。另:同等功能下会尽可能的寻找汉化 MOD 。

Remove Need For Power Lines

This mod removes the need for power lines.This mod works simply by storing the energy produced in a small buffer and then distributing it to buildings that consume it.


移除游戏对电力线的需求,不需要拉各种电线啦。

Remove Need For Pipes

This mod removes the need to place pipes all over your city.This mod works simply by storing the water, sewage and heating produced in small, separate (of course), buffers and then distributing it to buildings that consume each of those resources.


移除管道(水管、热水管)的需求,PS:供水口、排水口还是需要连接的。

Mod Achievement Enabler

This mod enables achievements when other mods are running! The little trophy icon that shows you whether achievements are enabled when you load the save will still be crossed out, but when the game loads, this mod simply changes a boolean value that turns achievements back on.


在开启 MOD 订阅的同时,可以继续获得成就,聊胜于无啦。

Unlock All + Wonders & Landmarks

This mod unlocks all from beginning, including all Wonders (a.k.a. Monuments ), Unique Buildings Levels I-VI, European biome Landmarks, (if you have Deluxe Edition) Deluxe Edition Landmarks + DLC specific unique buildings and monuments. It also unlocks all Progression Milestones.

Bulldoze It!

This mod allows to automate the bulldozing of buildings. In this mod it can be configured whether abandoned, burned down, collapsed or flooded buildings should be automatically bulldozed and also in which interval and even how many buildings per interval. It is also possible to preserve historical buildings and to ignore search for survivors by a disaster response unit before bulldozing.

This mod allows you to select, move and align various things.


造景用 MOD 之一,可以对城市外观做出更精致的修改,需要两个前置依赖,自带中文。

内置的面板功能用处不但,但是可以查看一些限量数据,比如查看当前城市的停车场是否够用。

This mod automatically builds roundabouts for you. It clears the area of the roads and snaps them onto the roundabout.

This mod allow you to set finer road elevation steps and also provides different building modes.

Fine Road Anarchy

This mod adds additional options when building road.Basically Sharp Junction Angles but compatible with Fine Road Tool and better behavior when anarchy enabled.

Precision Engineering

Customize It!

This mod lets you change those inside the game, while also exposing some that are not even available to edit in the asset editor.


可以修改各种建筑的需求,必须电力啊,噪音啊,污染啊,支出啊什么的,比如把警局修改外拥有 100 辆警车,把某些需要用电的建筑的用电需求修改为 0、开销修改为 0 等。

关于中文,插件本身携带了中文汉化,但是有一些问题没有现实出来,建议将 simplified-chinese.xml 文件中的内容替换到 english.xml 中即可正常现实。 相关路径:steamapps\workshop\content\255710\1369729955\Locale

一个非常强大的 MOD ,可以对天际线里的交通状况做出很大的改善。

Loading Screen Mod

此mod在加载屏幕上显示信息并添加新选项:加载使用过的资产:无论是否启用,都会加载您所在城市使用的资产。


在我看来最大的用处是可以导出加载 MOD 时的报告,查清冲突、缺失等。

FPS Booster

Increases in-game frame rate, but… results may vary because there are many factors like CPU/GPU speed, RAM usage, current in-game scene complexity etc.


非常强大的插件,有效的提升了 FPS ,个人体验大约从三四十提升到六七十的样子,看他的介绍是在不需要的时候停滞视野外的 UI 组件更新,减少 CPU 的压力,总之效果明显。

Movable Bridge Mod

这个mod增加了对火车、汽车和行人的各种功能移动桥的支持(吊桥、基本桥、升降桥、折叠桥等)。当船(客船、货船、渡轮或渔船)靠近桥梁时,桥梁就会打开,并带有逼真的动画。在道路无政府状态下,桥梁也可以建在运河上。
